Return Policy

At Bullet Proof Fabricating, our goal is to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations, and we've designed our return policy to be as easy and straightforward as possible.

Damage/Loss During Shipping

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please reach out to us immediately at bpfabricating@gmail.com. We're here to assist with filing a claim and ensuring you receive a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Easy Returns

• Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your purchase to initiate a return.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Restocking Fee

To continue offering competitive prices and high-quality products, a minimal restocking fee of 10% is applicable for returns that are not the result of our error.

Cancellations

Cancellations are part of shopping online; we get it. To cancel an order without any fees, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations made after this period will incur a small fee of 2% to cover service charges.

Custom Products

Custom-made items, including our Custom Completed Grills, are created just for you and cannot be returned or refunded. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before submitting.

Sale Items

All sales are final for items purchased at a discounted price, including those bought with coupon codes.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a specific number of days.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us.

Shipping

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items over $75.

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
