Bullet Proof Fabricating — Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Custom or made-to-order items may require additional lead time, which will be noted on the product page. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as possible — estimated lead times are listed on the product page where available. For a more accurate lead time, email us before ordering.
Domestic Shipping (US) We ship to all 48 contiguous states via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Expedited options are available at checkout. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes for oversized items.
Shipping to Canada We ship to Canada from our Canadian facility. No additional duties or import fees are applied to Canadian orders — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Freight and Oversized Items Some products (such as bed racks and larger fabricated components) may ship via freight carrier. Freight orders require a valid street address and may require a liftgate or dock. You will be contacted to confirm delivery details before shipment.
Shipping Insurance and Loss Protection We offer optional shipping insurance and loss protection, which can be added to your order at checkout. We strongly recommend adding coverage for high-value or oversized shipments. Orders without insurance coverage are subject to the carrier's standard liability limits in the event of loss or damage.
Order Tracking A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your contact email]. Please retain all original packaging and take photos of any damage. Note that claims for orders without shipping insurance are limited to the carrier's standard liability. For insured orders, we will initiate a claim on your behalf.
