I love my setup and tbh, I had purchased a similar product by TacoGarage but not only were the 2 flat brackets CVC’d (which is fine) but it was zinc-plated steel that had burrs and rough edges all across the surface of each, no instructions or hardware to mount. Adversely, BPF’s brackets had a beautiful black coating, finish was textured and even though there was no directions, you actually understood which side was which and their adjustability once the (included) hardware was screwed in place. And yes, even though the S8 requires notching, it actually applies to the OnX6 variation as well.
Many companies make 3D printed brackets that are prone to cracking and vibration now, when the BPF first came out, there was only TacoGarage, Rave Offroad and BPF but BPF had a little downtime since they were in demand (hence why I bought the TG initially), but the lesson remains: all good things take time. And now, 2.5yrs of this and I have had no issues. If I ever need another part or upgrade, I will come straight to this company first.
Thank you guys
